Inspired by the (UN)STAGED exhibition currently on show at LPW, children will have the opportunity to achieve an Arts Award Explore in a Week, and:
- Meet an Artist
- Discover or Explore Printmaking
- Create their own prints
- Reflect on their day with family at a mini exhibition at the end of the day
Suitable for children aged 7 - 12 years.

Day one
- Introduction to LPW
- Discover the studio, I spy activities, rubbings from antique presses, make Collages
- Tour the Exhibition

Day Two
- Discover printmaking through Film
- Printmaking activity
- Meet an Artist

Day Three
- Offsite Visit to LCB Depot and Phoenix – walk
- Q&A
- Printmaking activity
- Show and tell
Day Four
- Mood board planning for final print and ideas
- Printmaking

- Finishing prints
- Preparing for Mini Exhibition
What is Arts Award?
Arts Award Discover is an introductory award designed for ages 5 and above. Arts Award Explore is an Entry Level (Entry 3) qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is designed for ages 7 and above.
